What are your class pack expiration dates?

  • 4-Class Packs: Expire 2 months after your first class.

  • 8-Class Packs: Expire 3 months after your first class.

  • 12-Class Packs: Expire 4 months after your first class.

Pro Tip: Your class pack starts ticking when you attend your first class, but please note, packages must be activated within 6 months of purchase or it will expire.

Whats your Cancellation policy?

Life happens—we get it! Here's how our cancellation policy works:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancel your class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to retain your class credit.

  • Rescheduling: Need to move your booking? You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your class for a $30 reservation change fee.

  • No-Show Fee: Missed your class with no heads-up? A $30 no-show fee applies.

  • Refunds: We're a no-cash-refund studio. All reimbursements are issued as class credits/money credits so you can hop back into the studio when you're ready!

Duet & Trio Policies (Please Read Carefully)

To keep things fair, consistent, and supportive for everyone in your duet or trio, especially when you may not know the other members, these policies will be strictly enforced:

✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your session to receive your class credit back.

  • If one member of a duet or trio cancels within the 24-hour window, the remaining member(s) will be notified and may:
    1. Keep the session as a private or duet by paying the rate difference, or
    2. Cancel the session altogether and receive the class back as a credit.

⏰ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

  • If a member cancels after the 24-hour mark, it is considered a late cancel, and they will lose their class credit.

  • The remaining member(s) may still attend the session at no additional charge, and no rate difference will be applied in this scenario.

These policies ensure fairness, clarity, and respect for everyone’s time. Thank you for understanding and honoring our group-session guidelines.

Do you have a lateness policy?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in and get ready to move. While we don't have a strict late policy, please note that arriving after your session starts may mean your session will be shortened to respect the next client’s time.

What do I need to bring?

  • Grippy Socks: Safety first! These are required for all reformer workouts. Bring your own or snag a pair in-studio.

  • Hydration: Water is available for purchase if you forget yours.

  • Towels & Equipment: We’ve got you covered! Towels, mats, props, and weights are all provided.

  • Freshen Up: While we don’t currently have showers, our bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need to freshen up before or after your session.
